"I live and work in the ward ..."

I live in the ward at 12 Mount Pleasant with my partner Ness and four children, all in primary and secondary schools in the district. I also run a small business in the ward, our office being in the Star Gallery building.

I’m the sort of person who gets stuck in:

• I’ve worked behind the scenes on Rocket Radio
• last year I started the successful arts festival, Lewes Area Art Trails
• I'm coordinator of 'Lewes Says No2ID'
• I’m a volunteer (librarian and projectionist) for Lewes Climate Concern
• I’ve been extremely active in the successful Lewes Arms campaign
• I’m a member of CSBS, I've often helped with the CSBS bar and in 2006 I was a street marshall

I'm also a thorough and conscientous worker. People who know me will agree that once I get involved in a project, I give it my all.
